Civil & Structural Engineer
Moses Tumwine is an experienced Civil Engineer with over 15 years of professional experience in the civil engineering and construction industry.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Illinois, USA, completed in 2011, and a Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from Norwich University, Vermont, USA, completed in 2017.
